Hi! I’m Thomas, a passionate and dedicated primary teacher currently working full-time as a Year 6 class teacher in London. I teach pupils from Years 3–7 and love helping children build the skills, confidence and independence they need to thrive both in the classroom and beyond.

As a Year 6 teacher, I have an in-depth understanding of the KS2 curriculum, SATs papers and what pupils need to achieve success in reading, writing and maths. I have a strong track record of supporting children across a wide range of abilities, from high-achieving pupils who have successfully completed their SATs a year early to children who need additional support, including pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.

My teaching is warm, encouraging and highly personalised. I take the time to understand how each child learns best, adapting my approach so that lessons feel accessible and achievable while still providing the right level of challenge. I particularly enjoy helping children overcome gaps in their learning, develop effective strategies and recognise just how much they are capable of.

I hold a First Class Honours degree in Primary Education and bring the same enthusiasm, organisation and high expectations from my classroom into my tutoring. Above all, I want children to enjoy their lessons, feel comfortable making mistakes and leave each session feeling more confident in themselves and their learning.
