I’m Katie, a qualified primary school teacher from England with over five years of classroom experience teaching children aged 3–11.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the primary age range, with a particular passion for Early Years, Key Stage 1, phonics, reading, writing, and maths. I have extensive experience supporting children with a wide range of additional needs, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL), SEND, and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). I believe every child can succeed when learning is tailored to their individual needs and delivered in a positive, encouraging environment.

My lessons are designed to build confidence as well as academic skills. I create a calm, friendly atmosphere where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress. Whether your child needs help catching up, preparing for SATs, building strong foundations in phonics and maths, or simply developing a love of learning, I aim to make each lesson engaging, supportive, and enjoyable.
